Linear is a remote-first company hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how Linear’s products are brought to market. You’ll craft positioning, messaging, and launch materials, working across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Sales, and Marketing.

You can work from anywhere within North America or the United Kingdom, with optional co-working spaces. We value async collaboration, deep focus, and strong cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment.
• Strong positioning and messaging grounded in customer problems and product truth.
• Great project management with attention to detail.
• Ability to dive deep into product details and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Strong judgment and autonomous work with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, key launches, and strategic product narratives.
• Partner closely with Product management, Engineering, and Design to refine how products are presented across in‑product and external surfaces.
• Create and coordinate launch deliverables such as changelogs, demos, enablement materials, email, social copy, and go‑to‑market communications.
• Equip Sales, CX, and other customer‑facing teams with the context and materials they need to communicate new launches effectively.
• Bring customer insight, product understanding, and market context back into product and launch decisions.
