You will drive strategic growth and build impactful marketing capabilities from the ground up, ensuring the success of the product launch and portfolio management. Ideal candidates will possess at least 3 years of experience in medical devices, strong analytical skills, and a marketing degree.

The company are on a mission. They are an established medical device company transitioning into the UK market. As a result, they need someone who is passionate about setting marketing up for success from almost the beginning of the journey.

Now this does mean going old school before we can go new school but this is the exciting part of putting the foundations in place to build on for future long-term success.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day management of the UK product portfolio, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to market needs
  • Lead product forecasting, respond to field queries, and develop product decks for both internal and external use
  • Provide structured input into HCP marketing based on portfolio insights and field feedback
  • Drive competitive intelligence by gathering and interpreting data to guide strategy and positioning
  • Develop and maintain Clinical Evidence One-Pagers and tools to support commercial and educational teams
  • Partner with the Education team to strengthen the clinical evidence expertise of the field team
  • Support the setup and execution of the company Academy, ensuring smooth delivery of internal and external training
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that build foundational infrastructure across marketing, education, and field teams
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Proven experience (at least 3+ years) in product management or portfolio marketing + a very strong preference to having worked within Cardiology/Cardiac medical devices
  • Degree Educated within Marketing and/or further education in Marketing i.e. CIM
  • Confident handling forecasting, data analysis, and field-based product support i.e. fact based product support
  • Gathering intelligence from field based commercial teams
  • Ability to interpret complex clinical data and translate it into impactful resources and messaging
  • Experienced in planning for future product launches
  • Strong collaborator with experience working across HQ, education, and sales functions
  • A proactive mindset with an eye for building efficient, scalable systems and tools
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, growing environment (i.e shipping)
  • Willingness to travel to different congresses and sometimes customers (alongside commercial)
