A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the development of new product capabilities for private medical insurance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role by leveraging product marketing expertise and digital platforms to enhance product propositions. This is a flexible role based in Tunbridge Wells, and offers competitive pay along with various benefits including a contributory pension scheme and private medical cover.
We’re seeking a commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of new product capabilities for our private medical insurance offering at AXA Health. This 12-month FTC is pivotal in ensuring that our new product platform, built on Salesforce, delivers market-leading customer and broker experiences, supports sales growth, and drives product adoption across our distribution channels.
You’ll combine product marketing expertise with an understanding of digital platforms and customer journeys to design, launch, and optimise product propositions that meet the needs of our members, brokers, and partners.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our Tunbridge Wells, Bristol or Bournemouth office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
