Product Marketing Manager

Swinton/Pendlebury – Hybrid (Mon‑Wed remote, Thurs‑Fri in office)

Competitive salary (DOE) + performance bonus + company benefits

  • £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • 10% annual performance‑based bonus

Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Define and maintain compelling value propositions tailored to each target industry
  • Ensure consistent messaging across website, campaigns, sales, and customer communications
Go‑to‑Market Strategy
  • Own go‑to‑market (GTM) plans and future product or feature launches
  • Create launch toolkits for Sales and Customer Experience – including playbooks, FAQs, battle cards, and case studies
Sales & CX Enablement
  • Deliver training and collateral to help teams pitch effectively and drive adoption
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience to gather customer feedback and inform product improvement
Customer & Market Insights
  • Analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends to inform strategy
  • Provide actionable insights to refine messaging and campaign direction
Content Development
  • Produce high‑impact content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos) to support ABM and product adoption campaigns
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure product content is effectively activated across all channels
Performance & Reporting
  • Track and report on adoption, engagement, and revenue impact of product marketing initiatives
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership on a monthly basis
About You

You're commercially driven, strategic, and comfortable working at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. You know how to turn complex technology into simple, compelling stories that drive action.

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B or SaaS product marketing (IoT, tech, or compliance sector preferred)
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Experience developing go‑to‑market strategies and sales enablement materials
  • Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
