About the role

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing of the roadmap of activities for our Risk Management solutions globally. The person in this role will play an integral role in helping to drive revenue, awareness and education of key stakeholders internally and externally.


The position reports to the FCC Portfolio Marketing Director.


This role will provide marketing support on the entire lifecycle of new and existing products and services. We are seeking a dedicated professional to:


Responsibilities


  • Lead inclusive marketing strategies that reflect the product vision and maintain brand consistency.

  • Collaborate across teams to develop clear and relevant messaging for diverse client and industry needs.

  • Coordinate global product launches with cross-functional teams, ensuring accessibility and clarity.

  • Design inclusive and engaging content for product launches, websites, and campaigns.

  • Provide strategic support to regional marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Create accessible sales enablement materials tailored to varied customer segments and needs.

  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve messaging and customer engagement.

  • Use insights from user feedback and data to inform planning and collaboration across teams.

  • Develop inclusive content for targeted outreach in emerging markets.


Requirements


  • Experience in product marketing and sales enablement, with openness to diverse industry backgrounds.

  • Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout product development and launch.

  • Ability to communicate product value in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience in managing campaigns and producing insightful content.

  • Clear and effective communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Interest or experience in risk management is welcome but not mandatory.

U.S. National Pay Range: $58,000 - $96,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
