Job description
Who we are:
At Mention Me, we help customer obsessed brands turn their superfans into a profitable growth engine. Since 2013, we’ve helped convert over 9 million new customers and $3B+ in revenue for clients like ASOS, Huel, PUMA, and Gymshark.

We’re proudly backed by Octopus Ventures and Eight Roads, with $32M in funding. Becoming a Mentioneer means you’ll be joining a driven team, with big plans, at a hugely exciting time for our business.

Why this role, why now?

At Mention Me, we’re on the cusp of something truly exciting. As our platform evolves to offer even smarter, AI-powered solutions that help brands unleash their superfans, we’re growing fast - and now is the perfect time to come aboard.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in how we communicate our product value, define competitive positioning, and enable our commercial teams to win in the market. Reporting directly into our Product Marketing Lead you’ll be a key player during a transformative and high-impact period for the business.

What you’ll be doing:

This is a diverse and hands‑on role. You’ll work collaboratively across multiple teams, helping us meet the needs of our market and drive sales success.

Core Responsibilities and OKRs:
  • Create impactful sales assets—pitch decks, battle cards, proof points, and case studies that equip our GTM teams to confidently communicate our value and close deals faster.
  • Provide comprehensive, actionable insights on competitor pricing, positioning, and strategy—using SWOT analysis to sharpen our differentiation and support GTM decisions.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Monitor key trends and insights in the martech space to inform product direction and strategic narrative.
  • Shortening Sales Cycles: Identify content gaps, process improvements, and audience needs to drive more efficient sales conversations and faster decision-making.
Plus, you’ll also:
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align campaigns and launches.
  • Stay close to our customers—uncover their pain points, needs, and language to inform messaging and product strategy.
  • Build and maintain a rich library of product marketing assets (one‑pagers, decks, enablement guides, and more).
  • Refine our buyer personas and customer journey, supporting more tailored messaging and targeting.
We’d really like to hear from you if you have:
  • A minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS product marketing role
  • Hands‑on experience in sales enablement, creating pitch decks, battle cards, proof points, and other tools that support sales success.
  • A track record of improving win rates by equipping sales teams with the right messaging, content, and competitive positioning.
  • A strategic mindset when it comes to competitive intelligence—you’ve mapped competitors, analysed pricing and positioning, and can confidently run a SWOT analysis.
  • A keen eye for market trends and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong experience partnering with sales and product teams to drive go‑to‑market strategies.
  • A love for the customer - you naturally think from the end user’s perspective.
