Job description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our cybersecurity and operational resilience solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, market research, content creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, trends, and develop customer personas (e.g. interviews, events, user groups, online surveys etc).
  • Determine solutions’ competitive landscapes, customer tech-stacks, identify GTM better-together opportunities.
  • Analyse product performance and customer feedback to refine messaging and positioning.
  • Work with the CPO to influence the roadmap based on market insights, including usage and buyer behaviour and partner eco-systems.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for product launches and feature releases.
  • Define value propositions, messaging, and positioning tailored to different customer segments, working closely with analysts and developing analyst relations.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive product adoption.
  • Help refine pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue growth.
Messaging & Content Development
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to:
  • Develop compelling marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, product datasheets, and presentations.
  • Craft targeted messaging for various channels, including email campaigns, website content, PR and social media.
  • Provide content for Ted talks, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Produce engaging thought leadership content.
  • Support demand generation campaigns by providing targeted messaging and content.
Sales Enablement
  • Develop sales tools, playbooks, demos, presentations and battle cards to empower the sales team.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate the sales team on product value propositions.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and create competitor differentiation strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Mid-Level + position with experience in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B technology required.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, industry trends, and threat landscapes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
  • Experience working with sales teams and creating impactful sales enablement materials.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience with market intelligence tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in positioning security products like Exposure Assessment Platforms (EAP), NDR, Zero Trust, or SIEM.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., STIGs, CIS Benchmarks, NIST, CMMC, PCI DSS).
  • Experience with competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis.
