A leading consumer electronics company seeks a Product Manager to drive e-commerce and website strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing user experience and conversion rates across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have rich experience in product management with a focus on e-commerce, strong data-driven decision-making skills, and a proven track record of optimizing user journeys. You will be integral in owning the product roadmap and leading experimentation practices for continuous improvement.
My client are building a consumer hardware product with a strong direct to consumer sales model. The website and e-commerce experience are treated as a core product, not a marketing afterthought, with a strong focus on conversion, clarity and execution quality.
We are hiring a Product Manager to own the website and e-commerce experience end to end. This role is responsible for turning traffic into customers through clear structure, strong user flows, experimentation and continuous optimisation.
You will work closely with design, engineering and growth teams, owning the roadmap and delivery for all web and e-commerce surfaces. Success in this role is measured by conversion, funnel performance and the quality of execution.
You will own the website and all key landing pages as a product, defining structure, content and user flows. You will be responsible for how pages load, how users move through them and how conversion happens. You will work closely with design, copy and development to ship high quality, conversion focused pages, writing clear product requirements and ensuring performance, clarity and speed.
You will own the full customer journey from first visit through purchase and post purchase steps. You will identify drop off points and friction across the funnel, translate user behaviour into clear hypotheses and prioritised improvements, and make decisions based on data rather than opinion.
You will own the e-commerce product experience, including product pages, checkout flows and purchase logic. You will work on pricing presentation, bundles, promotions and upsell logic, and partner with growth and marketing teams to support campaigns and launches. You will ensure stable, predictable purchase flows across devices and regions.
You will lead experimentation as a core product practice, defining and running A/B tests across pages and funnels. You will prioritise experiments based on impact and effort, track results and turn learnings into shipped changes, and build a repeatable optimisation process.
You will own planning and execution for the web product, maintaining the roadmap, writing clear documentation and managing delivery from idea to launch and iteration. You will keep work structured, visible and predictable.
You have strong experience as a product manager working on websites, landing pages and e-commerce products. You understand conversion funnels deeply and have hands on experience with A/B testing and experiment design. You think in systems and see the funnel as one connected product. You are comfortable turning data into clear product decisions and can show real examples of high performing pages or funnels.
You work closely with designers, developers and marketers, communicate clearly and take full ownership of outcomes.
