We’re looking for a proactive Product Manager to lead our Web2App direction.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze current web-to-app flows, touchpoints, and conversion metrics
  • Develop and test hypotheses to improve conversion rates at every stage of the user journey.
  • Build and optimize landing pages tailored to different traffic segments and sources.
  • Collaborate with marketing on offers, creative testing, and funnel improvements.
  • Enhance first-session UX in the app based on user behavior coming from the web.
  • Work with analytics tools (GA4 / Amplitude / Appsflyer / Adjust)
  • Generate ideas and take full ownership of hypothesis execution end-to-end.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, marketing, and BI teams.
Who You Are
  • 2+ year of experience as PM/PO or Growth/Product Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of web2app funnels and performance marketing.
  • Comfortable working with data; SQL is a plus but solid product analytics is enough.
  • Good UX sense and ability to justify decisions using data rather than intuition.
  • Fast at generating hypotheses and even faster at validating them.
  • Understands A/B testing principles, including statistical validity.
  • Great communicator and ownership-driven.
