What we are looking for
  • Experience within product management, product marketing, category management or a related field ideally in consumer goods, management consulting or an scale-up omnichannel business
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills to interpret complex market and business data and translate them into actionable strategic and commercial actions
  • Proven project management skills, successfully leading and executing cross-functional projects in dynamic environments
  • Experience in using common planogram tools
  • Strong collaborator and communicator, experienced in aligning diverse cross-functional teams, fostering teamwork to achieve shared goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, applying problem-solving skills to adapt to new business situations

Are you passionate about inspiring parents to provide screen-free entertainment to children? If so, read on! We are looking for a dynamic product leader who will be responsible for managing the UK’s product portfolio, drive go-to-market strategies for new innovations, and provide guidance on optimising the range for local commercial functions. This role combines strategic product management, hands-on-execution of new launches, and day-to-day optimisation of our portfolio. The candidate will manage a large, multi-category product portfolio, working on both local and global launches. You will collaborate closely with global and local Content & Licensing teams as well as local Marketing, Retail, Operations & Finance teams - all with the aim to create the best possible portfolio for our little listeners.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include
  • Development and implementation of Portfolio Strategy: You own and manage the product portfolio for the UK and are responsible for aligning it with global strategies and goals by working closely with central product, content, and licensing teams.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: You analyse market trends, customer, retail and competitor data to generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvement of the product portfolio.
  • Continuous Portfolio Optimisation: By tracking the performance metrics for your products across their lifecycle, you identify opportunities for growth and profitability. You work closely with commercial & operational teams to execute these successfully.
  • Spearheading local content development: You collaborate closely with local licensing and local content teams to identify and evaluate new product and content opportunities that align with market demand and business strategy.
  • Category Management: You work closely with local channel owners to advise on the best range for their channel or retail partner to maximise sales & performance.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products & categories: You are responsible to lead the launch of new products in the UK market by working closely with global and local teams. This includes assessing feasibility, providing feedback that supports local market needs & growth plans, project managing the launch, pricing analysis and performance tracking after go-live.
