Job Description

Are you passionate about shaping investment products that deliver real value to customers? Join our dynamic Product team at Legal & General Asset Management, where we manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our UK fund ranges. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs, while working collaboratively across the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing the lifecycle of UK funds and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinating product launches and changes using effective project management tools
  • Driving adherence to governance frameworks and risk policies across product activities
  • Reviewing product performance and identifying opportunities for enhancements or rationalisation
  • Providing technical support on regulatory, tax, and operational matters for UK funds
  • Engaging operational teams and service providers to deliver seamless product changes
  • Analysing competitor and market trends to inform strategic product development
  • Building strong internal and external relationships to support product success
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of asset management and pooled product structures in the UK
  • Experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA, or CAIA (desirable)
