Job summary

Ema is building the world's leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. You will shape product direction by researching customers, prioritising features, and aligning with engineering and design to drive adoption of AI capabilities.

You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and PRDs while using data to decide what to ship and how to go-to-market. This is a senior, cross-functional role at a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years PM experience in SaaS or enterprise software.

The Role

Shape Ema's product direction. You'll research customers, prioritize features, work with engineering and design, and drive adoption of innovative AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Required

Preferred

PM at high-growth SaaS companies (50-500 employees)

Experience with platform or API products

AI/ML product experience

Enterprise sales support and GTM experience

Analytics and A/B testing expertise
