Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Bazaar

This role is a Product Manager - Tech position within the Amazon Bazaar team.

Amazon Bazaar is a new store on Amazon.in, dedicated to fashion and home products at affordable prices.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Partnering with stakeholders across business and technology teams to develop, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap tailored to Indian customers' needs.
2. Influencing global partner teams to innovate and develop solutions for diverse Indian customer requirements.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Strong product management experience, customer obsession, data-driven mindset, and ability to operate independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, influence skills, and multitasking ability with tight deadlines.

Key job responsibilities:

1. Roadmap Management: Define a high-quality product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer voice. Manage cross-functional processes to translate customer needs into a logical product sequence. Build stakeholder buy-in.
2. Requirements Definition: Collaborate with UX teams to develop detailed requirements and manage scope to ensure timely delivery of key capabilities.
3. Product Roll-out: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, work with engineering and marketing teams to ensure product adoption, and monitor key performance metrics for continuous optimization.
4. Problem Solving & Strategic Planning: Balance day-to-day issues with long-term strategic vision, and prepare business reviews for senior management.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of customer-facing product development and management experience, including launching and optimizing products and services.
• Knowledge of agile development and product lifecycle management.
