Qualifications

• Experience in product management or product ownership.
• Ability to translate customer problems into actionable requirements.
• Experience working with engineering/technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfort operating in defence/secure environments and complex domains.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer problems and translate them into valuable product solutions.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog.
• Work with engineering to define requirements, scope and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain product direction, priorities and roadmap.
• Balance customer, technical and business priorities and communicate decisions clearly.
