You will lead to deliver seamless partner experiences grounded in our customer-centric approach and teamwork to deliver lasting value.

In the first six months you’ll focus on partner acquisition and onboarding to cover a colleague’s parental leave, then transition to a high-impact area across the platform, collaborating

Responsibilities

• Set clear goals and own product priorities for your area with a focus on commercial and user excellence.
• Use research, analytics and direct partner feedback to identify root problems and opportunities.
• Turn ideas into testable hypotheses and deliver iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Analytics to build and elevate high-performing products.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around roadmaps, priorities and dependencies.
• Measure the impact of releases and use insights to guide next steps.
