Patchwork Health is recruiting a Product Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract. You will drive the strategy and delivery of workforce management solutions for NHS staff and healthcare organisations across the UK.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and Client Operations to shape outcomes and bring value to customers. You’ll own product areas, use data to prioritise, and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team with direct NHS customers.

Qualifikationen

• Strong, demonstrable experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment.
• Significant experience managing SaaS products throughout the lifecycle.
• Proven track record of building and delivering strategic roadmaps.
• Experience owning product areas and delivering measurable value.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams and customers.

Aufgaben

• Define the strategic product roadmap through discovery and performance tracking.
• Own your product area and drive priorities with Engineering and Design teams.
• Collaborate with client operations to gather requirements and ensure delivery.
• Monitor product success metrics and adapt backlog based on insights.
• Partner with Revenue teams to communicate product value and roadmap direction.
• Create and maintain product documentation to support delivery.
