Job summary

ARQ is a rapidly growing fintech redefining cross-border money movement. We’re looking for a product leader to own a product area from concept to launch, partnering with engineers, designers, and operators to move fast and deliver impact.

You’ll translate user needs into metrics, drive decisions with data, and shape our AI-driven product processes as we scale. Office-based with a 3–4 day in-office policy to collaborate closely with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management in fast-paced tech or fintech environments.
• Strong data instincts and ability to define metrics before building, then use them to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating complexity to clarity for engineers and executives.

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of your product area from a rough idea to a feature.
• Drive product execution with speed alongside engineers, designers, and operators to launch.
• Deeply understand users, their behaviors, frustrations, and unmet needs through data and interviews.
• Define and track success metrics, using data to guide prioritization and decisions.
• Lead partnerships with external providers when relevant to your domain.
• Contribute to ARQ’s product management processes as we scale AI across the team.

• Lead partnerships with external providers - banks, processors, data vendors - when relevant to your domain.
• Contribute meaningfully to the development of ARQ’s product management processes as we scale AI across our team.
• Previous experience thriving somewhere demanding, like MBB, a high-growth startup, or somewhere shipping products millions of people use.
• Strong data instincts. You define metrics before you build and use them to drive decisions after.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. You translate complexity into clarity for engineers and executives.
• A bias to action and comfort with ambiguity. You might not always have all the answers but can iterate quickly.
