IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a Product Manager to champion product-led delivery across agile teams. You will own the backlog and roadmap, coordinate with developers, testers, architects, and vendors, and align work with a clear value case while maintaining stakeholder transparency.

The role emphasizes user advocacy, accessibility, and strong communication to drive delivery across the SDLC in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager is required.
• Knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, and use case modelling.
• Ability to map processes and analyze workflows.
• Experience with impact and gap analysis.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system behaviour.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion a product-led delivery ensuring value case alignment.
• Create and maintain Product Backlog and Roadmap.
• Perform gap and impact analyses.
• Work with developers, testers, architects, and vendors to clarify requirements.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning.
• Articulate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success measures.
• Maintain transparency among stakeholders.
• Advocate user needs, including accessibility.
• Prioritize user stories.
• Input to technical, content and design solutions.
