What you’ll do

Are you ready to drive innovation in the IoT space? Vodafone IoT is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to expand its team that manages our IoT Global SIM+ and MNO Interworking product. The role will focus on APAC, India and Middle East projects to be executed in collaboration with local operators. Global SIM+ is a product from Vodafone IoT that provides a seamless and compliant global solution for IoT connectivity in various countries. It enables businesses to deploy IoT services in evolving regulated markets with confidence under a single pane of glass. The solution simplifies business and supply management processes for cost savings and improves time to market from a trusted brand like Vodafone. Vodafone has been recognised as a leader for the 11th consecutive year in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for IoT Connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the strategy and product features to ensure Vodafone IoT achieves unparalleled global connectivity across its footprint, including markets requiring local IMSIs and in highly regulated regions.
  • Define and maintain a competitive and industry‑leading product vision and roadmap.
  • Work closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Partner Management, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Roaming and Technology teams to develop and drive innovative products and propositions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful launch and management of the Global coverage connectivity products.
  • Manage product business cases, support sales and pre‑sales teams from time to time, product lifecycle management, documentation, and communication to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with other product managers to resolve and collaborate across the different dependencies and keep key stakeholders updated about vision, strategy and progress.
Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in IoT, in a product or techno‑commercial role
  • Experience in eSIM and Roaming, with knowledge of MVNO, MVNE models, and connectivity.
  • Navigate complex environments effortlessly, combining a strong technology background with commercial acumen.
  • Hands‑on experience product lifecycle management.
  • Can do attitude with desire to learn outside area of comfort.
  • Flexibility to reprioritize activities in a fast‑pacing environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead and motivate virtual teams.
  • The gravitas to act as the expert for their portfolio with credibility up to customer ‘C’ level and senior leadership team (SLT) level.
  • Ability to work with incomplete information.
  • Appropriate experience in leading and motivating virtual cross functional teams and the ability to maintain the right balance between tactical and strategic activity.

Must have experience:

  • At least 5 years’ successful track record in Product Management
  • At least 2 years in IoT
