Job summary

Broaden is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own core capabilities across web apps, APIs, and geospatial data assets used by underwriters and risk analysts. Remote-UK, with cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.

You will translate risk and integration requirements into actionable specs, define roadmaps, and measure success with analytics. Insurance/geospatial experience is a plus; UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on discovery interviews and user demos.
• Translate commercial/technical user needs into requirements.
• Present persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data feeds.
• Familiar with analytics/usage feedback to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritise, and manage product roadmaps across web apps, APIs, and data products.
• Engage with insurers, underwriters, brokers, and partners to gather feedback.
• Translate requirements into engineering specs, user stories, and API/data definitions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data to refine, deliver, and enable adoption.
• Establish success metrics and iterate based on analytics and retrospectives.
