A fintech company in London seeks a Product Manager to drive the development of financial products. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer payment experiences while utilizing data analysis to ensure impactful product features. 💰 The salary range of this role is £45,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on experience.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with solid experience shipping features end‑to‑end, a pragmatic mindset, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
This is a hands‑on role within a cross‑functional Squad, focused on improving and evolving some of the most important journeys in our mobile app—especially around paying the bill, managing instalments, and payment methods such as Open Banking and Direct Debit.
You’ll report to the VP of Product and work closely with engineers, designers, analytics, marketing, and operations, building and deploying the technology that powers the future of consumer lending. We are looking for someone who is a true problem‑solver at heart. Our ideal candidate is highly‑motivated, collaborative, data‑driven, and comfortable balancing multiple stakeholders while keeping the Squad focused on outcomes rather than tasks.
Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and user empathy will be essential to success in this role.
