Job summary

Client Server is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a 12-month FTC in London with hybrid WFH. You will lead product strategy for cyber security SaaS, collaborate with Engineering, Threat, and senior stakeholders, and coach two Product Owners to deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll drive discovery, shape roadmaps, and ensure alignment across business and technical teams, communicating progress and outcomes while managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager within the cyber sector.
• Experience leading / managing Product Owners.
• Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to create high-quality user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria for complex systems.

Product Manager (12 month FTC) London / WFH to £100k

Are you an experienced Product Manager with a good knowledge of cyber security products combined with leadership experience?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on Product Manager role at a fast growing, global Insurance Underwriting technology provider that focusses on developing a complex SaaS calculation platform for rapidly growing Cyber Security insurance markets.

As a Product Manager you'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Cyber Threat, business stakeholders and senior leadership, you'll translate strategic objectives into clear product direction while leading and supporting Product Owners to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You'll drive continuous discovery to understand user needs, market trends and emerging opportunities, using these insights to shape product strategy and maintain clear roadmaps, KPIs and delivery plans, building alignment across technical and business stakeholders, communicating progress effectively and leading teams through change by creating clarity around the product vision and securing buy-in.

Using data and customer insight, you'll evaluate live product capabilities, identify opportunities and optimise performance, pivoting strategy where required. You'll also lead, coach and support two Product Owners, ensuring their priorities remain aligned with the wider business vision and strategic objectives.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work from home model with three days a week in the high spec London, City office with rooftop bar.

About you:

• You have experience as a Product Manager within the cyber sector

• You're able to build consensus across diverse stakeholders, including C-suite
• You have advanced stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• You have a good understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• You can create high quality user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria for complex systems
• You're comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organised and outcome focused
• You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
