An engineering firm based in the UK is looking for a Product Manager for Customer Platforms. In this hands-on role, you will maximize the return on investment in CRM/FSM/CPQ/Ecomm systems by driving adoption, improving data integrity, and ensuring the technology meets business needs. To maximise the return on investment in the CRM/FSM/CPQ/Ecomm systems by optimising understanding, consistency of use, adoption, data integrity and requests for development across Spirax Group. This is a hands‑on role, requiring regular work with other stakeholders and cross‑functional teams acting as a bridge between the technical and service innovation/business development teams to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the business. The role will also be required to develop ongoing training, implementation and communication plans to drive consistent and effective use of the CRM/FSM/CPQ/Ecomm products across our teams.
