Qualifications

• Proven experience launching and managing managed service products end-to-end, using agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDWAN, SSE, and SASE markets, plus experience with cloud-based services.
• Ability to define product vision, develop business cases, pricing strategies, and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Skilled at translating customer needs into product decisions and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience creating sales enablement plans and driving adoption to maximise growth.
• Knowledge of service delivery processes to ensure quick, cost-effective implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the in-life product lifecycle for BT's Cisco SDWAN managed services offering.
• Launch Cisco cybersecurity products into BT's Security portfolio.
• Develop and deliver a combined SASE propositions as part of the BT Business portfolio.
• Define and execute product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with Cisco and internal teams to bring new features to market quickly.
• Drive customer adoption and maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
