Job summary

Diligent is building a world-class product behavioural data system across its 24+ products. You will define metric definitions, telemetry standards, data contracts, and models that transform behaviour into portfolio insight.

You’ll educate and support teams, set adoption metrics, and plot a rational roadmap for maturing the product, helping users interpret data honestly and wisely. AWS/Snowflake is our spine; capture and BI are open decisions you’ll help shape.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building mixed-method behavioural insight systems.
• Hands-on event and telemetry schema design for modern analytics stacks.
• Designing and governing product data models and taxonomies across multiple products.
• Data governance practice: schema ownership and change control.
• Fluency in SQL and the BI/warehouse layer for roll‑ups and validation.
• Behavioural segmentation judgement for account-level insights.
• The credibility to influence without authority across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design the behavioural telemetry: event and entity-state schemas for portfolio roll‑up and feature decisions.
• Own canonical data definitions, naming, and versioned change control across units.
• Build models: SQL, BI and roll‑up logic turning behaviour into adoption/value insights.
• Triangulate behavioural data with qualitative evidence; segment by user role and account.
• Partner on product/customer/user taxonomies and analytics stack evolution.
