Job description

TryHackMe is the fastest-growing online cyber security training platform. Our mission is to make learning and teaching cyber security easier through gamified, hands-on exercises and challenges.

In just a few years, we have grown to over 6 million learners and 400+ business customers including governments and Fortune 500s such as Google, KPMG, ThreatLocker and Huntress and our growth is not slowing down. 🥷

About the role

Every day, over 8,000 new users sign up to TryHackMe. On the B2B side, many organisations still move through a traditional demo-led sales process. Your role is to change that.

We are looking for a Product Manager who wants to build something meaningful from scratch. You will create our first self-serve experience for business customers. Your work will allow customers to explore the product, choose a plan, purchase instantly, onboard their teams and expand usage without needing a call with Sales.

If you enjoy the blend of B2B product thinking with e-commerce style conversion and you are motivated by reducing friction and unlocking scale, this is your chance to shape something core to the next chapter of TryHackMe.

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Account Management to understand real customer problems and turn them into a smooth, conversion-friendly experience. You will lead discovery, delivery and measurement and balance hands‑on execution with strong communication in a remote, fast-moving environment.

What you will do
  • Own and evolve the B2B product roadmap with a focus on building and improving self‑serve purchasing, onboarding and upgrade flows.
  • Design the full self‑serve experience for businesses including evaluation, purchase, onboarding, activation and expansion.
  • Work with Engineering and Design to ship features that balance usability, scalability and speed.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs and objections and turn them into product opportunities.
  • Shape pricing and packaging to increase conversion, retention and expansion across segments.
  • Define and monitor B2B funnel metrics and use them to guide decisions.
  • Run experiments across messaging, upgrade triggers and purchase flows using a B2C or e‑commerce mindset.
  • Speak to users, run discovery calls, gather feedback and prioritise based on impact.
  • Improve onboarding for new customers and reduce time‑to‑value.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently across teams to keep decisions aligned and momentum high.
What we are looking for
  • 3 years or more as a Product Manager in B2B software.
  • Strong experience working with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with B2C2B motions and PLG models.
  • Confidence working with product data and tools such as Amplitude.
  • Excellent communicator who can turn complexity into crisp product requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.
  • Self‑starter who enjoys ownership, momentum and delivering value quickly.
Bonus points
  • Experience in cybersecurity, EdTech or learning platforms.
  • Experience working on e‑commerce or B2C products, especially checkout or conversion funnels.
  • Technical curiosity or comfort with data and systems.
