Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy for Mistral Vibe Code and Mistral Vibe Work, advancing AI-driven productivity tools for developers and enterprise users. You will guide end-to-end product development across CLI, IDE and web interfaces, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.

You will collaborate with engineering, design and GTM teams, applying product-led growth tactics and strong storytelling to influence executives and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on productivity or enterprise products.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven products.
• Deep familiarity with product-led growth strategies (viral loops, onboarding, monetization).
• Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bias for action with end-to-end ownership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and evangelize a product strategy for Mistral Vibe Code and Mistral Vibe Work.
• Lead market and UX research to uncover needs, gaps and trends in AI-driven productivity for developers and enterprise users.
• Drive end-to-end development from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with design and research to craft intuitive experiences for CLI, IDE, web and enterprise workflows.
• Work with marketing and sales on pricing, positioning and adoption strategies.
• Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Maintain a dynamic roadmap delivering quick wins and long-term AI-driven productivity initiatives.
