Our Payments Business Division is a key growth area within Amadeus, currently processing over 100 billion EUR worth of travel payments every year.
The Product Manager Payer (Account Services) role is a highly strategic and impactful role within the Payer Services Business Line and will report into the Head of Issuing and Financial Services.
Amadeus offers a wide range of card issuing and acquiring products and services today and is looking to expand its proposition through access and participation in the account-based payment ecosystem. This role will have ownership and accountability for the design, development, implementation and ongoing management of Amadeus account-based payment strategy, proposition and partner ecosystem. You will help drive growth for Amadeus through the development and launch of new products/payment methods and/or adding new corridors/countries.
You will have extensive experience and understanding of account-based payments, including Domestic, Regional and Cross Border Payment Gateways, Technology Providers and Clearing Houses. You will have deep knowledge of the various potential operating models to deliver account-based payment services and the relevant legal and regulatory requirements i.e. as direct participant, via intermediaries etc. You will haveknowledge and experience in understanding customer needs and payment method/instrument attributes in order to build a prioritised and optimal road map and launch plan in terms of new payment instruments, methods and corridors.
