  • You’ll spend your time talking to stakeholders across the business (CEO, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and customers themselves) to understand what’s important
  • You’ll shape those requirements into concrete, well‑defined projects – working out what’s realistic to deliver. You’ll then pitch these projects to stakeholders
  • Once work is underway, you’ll protect the development team from conflicting priorities and changing requirements
  • After launch, you’ll manage the feature
Product Manager - You
  • We’re looking for someone who can bring clarity to complexity and keep multiple stakeholders aligned without everyone pulling in different directions
  • You have experience in product management or a product owner role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • You’re excellent at gathering and synthesising requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You’re organised and can manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
  • You understand the feature lifecycle from conception through to post‑launch adoption
  • You have some technical experience in hospitality technology or working with complex stakeholder environments would be valuable but isn’t essential
Product Manager -Benefits
  • For the first 3 months you’ll be in the office at least 4 days a week, learning from the rest of the team. After that you’ll be in the office at least 3 days a week.
  • We equip everyone with a MacBook
  • Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off. Plus a buy and sell leave scheme and an extra day off after you’ve been here 3 years
  • 10% time: 10% of your time to learn something new
  • Health Insurance: Full private health insurance provided
  • Family Friendly Policies: Including 26 weeks full pay for maternity leave and flexible working
  • Cycle‑to‑Work Scheme: Plus secure bike storage at our office
  • Dog Friendly: If you’ve got one, it’s welcome at the office!

  • We will also give you the time, space and budget to learn new technologies and further your own knowledge
