  • Engage and collaborate with executive stakeholders, investors, and senior leaders to secure buy-in and maintain strategic alignment.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, ensuring each initiative is delivered to a high standard.
  • Champion a data‑led approach, using analytics, KPIs, and customer insights to shape strategy and refine product performance.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration, working with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to accelerate innovation and ensure smooth execution.
  • Shape go‑to‑market strategies, collaborating with commercial and marketing teams to optimise positioning, messaging, and adoption.
  • Improve internal processes and workflows, driving operational efficiency and scalability across product initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous innovation, staying ahead of industry developments, new technologies, and evolving customer expectations.
What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong background in Agile and Lean methodologies, leading teams to deliver efficiently and with measurable impact.
  • Technical and business fluency in areas such as software development, APIs, and cloud platforms, with the ability to translate capabilities into commercial outcomes.
  • Skilled in executive stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams around a shared vision.
  • Proficiency in data‑driven decision making, applying analytics and customer insights to optimise strategy.
  • Strong grasp of market and customer dynamics, with the ability to identify trends and inform product innovation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to articulate product value and build meaningful partnerships.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, cloud‑based platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with Product Management tools.
What’s on Offer:
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days for long service.
  • Two annual wellbeing days, plus a budget to enjoy meaningful time with someone important to you.

  • Annual full health check to help you stay at your best.
  • Flexible benefits platform offering retail discounts, cinema tickets, learning opportunities, and more.
  • A genuine people‑first culture focused on growth and wellbeing.
