Job description

Betable Group are experts in the iGaming and Fintech markets, specialising in both casino operations and technology. As part of our continued growth, we have recently launched our latest gaming and fintech products and are now looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly greenfield product, playing a key role in shaping its vision, defining its roadmap and influencing its evolution from the earliest stages through to market growth and scale. You will have the chance to make a tangible impact, helping to build and refine a product that delivers exceptional value to customers while supporting the company's strategic ambitions.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for driving product direction, identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring the product continues to meet user needs while staying ahead of market trends, customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Whilst previous iGaming experience is advantageous, we are looking for someone who is excited by the industry, commercially aware and eager to learn.

The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, highly organised and detail-oriented, with a willingness to contribute at every level. We value Product Managers who are hands-on, curious and passionate about their craft, whether that's contributing to product strategy, getting into delivery detail, analysing customer insights or collaborating with teams to solve complex problems.

At Betable Group, we actively encourage involvement in the wider product community. We look for individuals who stay engaged with industry trends, share ideas and insights and contribute to the profession through channels such as LinkedIn, product forums, conferences and meetups. With a team based in Manchester, we support attendance at product networking events, community meetups and online discussions as part of our commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Product Manager to help define the future of a growing product, influence strategic decisions and develop their career within a fast-paced and innovative business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate a clear vision for the gaming product, aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives. Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap priorities based on customer feedback, industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Demonstrates a strong product mindset, with curiosity about the why behind customer needs, business problems and product opportunities.
  • Understands the fundamentals of UX and UI, with strong attention to detail and an appreciation for creating simple, intuitive customer experiences.
  • Is highly proficient in Jira, comfortable managing backlogs, creating well-defined tickets, prioritising work and supporting development teams through delivery.
  • Uses customer feedback, research, analytics and experimentation to understand problems, validate ideas and improve products.
  • Works effectively with Product Designers, Developers and other stakeholders within cross-functional teams.
  • Working with our Compliance team to consider all legal and regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions, ensuring applicable laws and industry standards for responsible gambling and data protection are considered.
  • Is comfortable translating customer and business problems into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Can confidently participate in discovery, planning, refinement, release management & product go live support.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment, learning quickly and adapting when priorities change.
  • Takes ownership of their work, follows problems through to resolution and understands that shipping the feature is not the end of the product lifecycle.
  • Is commercially curious and developing an understanding of how product decisions contribute to customer value and business outcomes.
  • Brings a hands-on, collaborative attitude, willing to get into the detail while developing their product management craft.
  • Champion the user experience by defining intuitive workflows, designing engaging interfaces, and optimising customer journeys to maximise user satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish mechanisms for tracking product performance against business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress, soliciting feedback and aligning expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
