Express Recruitment is delighted to work in partnership with a global leader in gaming technology and interactive entertainment, recruiting a Product Manager to join their innovative Virtual Sports division in Manchester.

The successful candidate will possess experience in product management, ideally within gaming, sports or digital entertainment, with a strategic mindset and the drive needed to support the continued growth of a world‑leading product portfolio. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering virtual sports products used by millions of players worldwide, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Managing complex product lifecycles, building relationships, and representing the product in client‑facing situations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement.
• Maintain and enhance the product roadmap, aligning with overall product strategy.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Lead regular triage calls and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify product opportunities.
• Represent the product in client meetings, demos and pitch sessions.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, design and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.
