Version 1 is seeking a senior product leader to guide high-performing teams, clarify problems, and align stakeholders through storytelling. You will balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to drive outcomes.

You’ll lead with curiosity, champion the user, and collaborate across design, engineering, data, and policy to prioritise work and deliver with integrity. The role offers flexible/remote working and strong career progression within a values-driven culture.

When working with our clients, expectations are often aligned to SFIA and DDaT frameworks. Experience working in these environments is desirable, but not essential.
