About the role

We are looking for a talented and resourceful Product Manager to join our Japan Products and Content Development team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our local product portfolio in Japan, with a focus on digital solutions for clinicians and healthcare professionals.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Solutions Japan, the Product Manager will help to drive key initiatives to uncover unmet customer needs, define product vision and development roadmap and bring product ideas from concept to market.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in digital product management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for building impactful solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting market analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet customer needs, and evaluate their impact on current and future products
  • Helping to define the strategic product vision and development roadmap for our local digital product portfolio in Japan.
  • Leading opportunity assessments, develop business cases, and prioritize new features or product concepts based on value and feasibility.
  • Acting as a project manager and facilitator, ensuring alignment across global and local stakeholders (including technology, UX, marketing, content, and sales) to deliver high-impact product experiences on time and on strategy
  • Supporting the go-to-market and launch planning activities in collaboration with customer-facing and marketing teams
  • Working with global teams to promote and adopt product management tools and best practices
  • Championing agile product development methodologies, and ensure processes and outcomes are customer-centric and data-informed.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 4–6 years of experience in digital product management and a proven track record of driving product lifecycle activities ideally within education, healthcare, or related technology industries.
  • Deep understanding of product development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, design thinking) and project management approaches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to build relationships across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity/ experience with developing Generative AI related applications for digital health or related areas a plus
