Job summary

Trading 212 is seeking a Junior Product Manager to own a set of features within a product area and learn the business alongside a Senior Product Manager. You will work directly with engineers and designers.

You will read regulations, write specs, and guide features through delivery, testing and launch, then monitor feedback and metrics to inform the next improvement.

Qualifications

• A product or a set of features you shipped yourself and can walk through in detail, including where it broke: a rounding rule, a time zone, a rule you got wrong, an API that changed under you.
• Enough technical understanding to read documentation, follow a data flow and reason about system behaviour with engineers.
• Your own numbers: you query the data yourself and can explain every figure you quote.
• Evidence of regular use of AI in product work, including best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise your features with your manager, from client needs, product data and commercial goals
• Read the regulation, the API documentation and the operational process yourself, and bring a position to your Senior PM before Legal and Compliance review it
• Write the spec: client journey, business rules, data, integrations and acceptance criteria, detailed enough to build and test from
• Carry your decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance and Operations, with senior support when you need it
• Take your features through testing and launch, then run them: monitoring, client feedback, the numbers, the next improvement

The role

You will own a set of features inside a product area and work with a Senior Product Manager while you learn the business. Our teams cover trading and execution (order routing, settlement, corporate actions), tax-efficient investing and pensions (ISAs, SIPPs and German pension accounts), crypto, and client accounts and payments (onboarding, client money, cards and FX). You work directly with engineers and designers.
