What’s the job?

As Product Manager, you'll be the beating heart of the product journey - from idea to launch and everything in between. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with commercial awareness. You'll be gathering market insights, shaping product direction, supporting sales teams, training customers, and feeding back into R&D. You'll also have the chance to travel internationally - attending exhibitions and visiting key customers.

Your week might include:

• Managing the full product lifecycle - from development to delivery
• Acting as a product expert across all global channels
• Working with world-class brands and partners
• Shaping new product ideas and business cases
• Collaborating closely with Sales, R&D and Production
• Leading training sessions and providing post-sales support
• Representing the business at international events and exhibitions
• Feeding customer insights back into product development
