Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid flexible, 3 days office)

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Are you a commercially minded, technically capable product leader who thrives in cross‑functional environments? Dignity Funerals is seeking a Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end digital and systems product experience for both the Simplicity Cremations and Dignity Funeral Plans websites. This is a pivotal role, responsible for delivering seamless, compliant, and high‑converting customer journeys for pre‑paid funeral plans and at‑need cremations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own the Product Vision: Define and deliver the product roadmap for our digital platforms, covering every step from lead capture and online purchase to account management, finance/ERP integration, and self‑service portals.
  • Drive Commercial Performance: Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that boost conversion rates, revenue growth, and regulatory compliance (FCA‑regulated products).
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Development to ensure a seamless customer experience and support business growth.
  • Optimise & Innovate: Lead a team of developers (internal and external), manage agile delivery, and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee all aspects of digital compliance, including legal statements, product disclosures, FCA wording, audit trails, and system governance.
  • Measure Success: Monitor and report on key product KPIs, conversion rates, order value, lead quality, cost per acquisition, and more, providing actionable insights to the senior leadership team.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in digital product management, ideally within e‑commerce, financial services, or regulated consumer products.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end‑to‑end product journeys, from acquisition funnels to fulfilment and servicing.
  • Strong background in agile delivery, team leadership, and iterative product improvement.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing complex system integrations (CRM, ERP, finance).
  • Familiarity with FCA‑regulated products and digital compliance requirements.
  • Commercial acumen, data‑driven decision‑making, and a passion for building customer‑centric digital experiences.
  • Degree‑level education in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, UX Design, or a related field. Agile/Scrum/Product Owner certifications are desirable.
