Position Overview

The Product Manager reports to the Business Sales Director and holds primary responsibility for leading product strategy and roadmaps. This role collaborates cross-functionally with strategic marketing, R&D, and commercial teams to drive innovation and growth. The Product Manager also manages a multi-regional product portfolio and contributes to long-term business planning and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with strategic marketing, R&D, and commercial teams to align product direction with market needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive product line research and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend pricing strategies to support revenue and profitability goals.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product development and phase-outs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a multi-regional team and/or product line portfolio.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the development of new tools, insights, and processes.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning and product line transformation.
  • Support cross-GBU collaboration and influence decision-making at senior levels.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management.
  • Experience in product branding within the construction industry
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, SAP, and product lifecycle management systems.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in the adhesives, coatings, or roofing industry
  • Expertise in BOM costing analysis and P&L impact.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
