Job description

As the Product Manager, you will have full responsibility for the evolution of a new consumer‑facing online competition product and a dedicated development team to deliver it.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new features that drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
  • Build the product roadmap to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Subscription business.
  • Acquire an intimate knowledge of this market, understand competitor initiatives and stay ahead of the game.
  • Focus on customer engagement and data‑driven decision‑making. Work with a dedicated CRM manager and data analyst to provide insights and data.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated technical development team to deliver product initiatives.
  • Optimise the product for both short‑ and long‑term growth.
  • Report to the Business Manager on a day‑to‑day basis.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Several years of experience designing and developing digital competition and subscription‑based products.
  • Background in developing website and app products and services.
  • Strong UX instincts with the ability to create intuitive, engaging customer journeys and a keen eye for design – a flair for creating great user experiences.
  • Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using analytics and working with data analysts and CRM managers to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to talk a bit techie and translate complex development concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to innovate and think independently.
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing competing and changing priorities.
  • Bonus: experience in competitions, digital games, gambling, subscription retail, retail fashion, FMCG and brands.
