Who we are

We’re Signable, a Bristol‑based SaaS company that’s been helping businesses send, sign, and manage documents digitally since 2007. Thousands of teams across the UK and beyond trust our eSignature platform, including Aardman, Co‑op, Octopus Energy, Krispy Kreme, and Regatta.

We’re a values‑driven, people‑first team and we’re proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work for Tech, Women, and Wellbeing in 2025. With a 4.8/5 rating on Glassdoor, genuine flexibility, and a culture built on trust and belonging, we aim to be a place where people can grow and feel supported to do their best work.

What we do

We’re not just a tech company. We’re a collaborative team who listen, learn, and make things better together. Whether we’re improving product features, experimenting with new capabilities, or evolving how we work, we stay focused on creating meaningful experiences for our customers and our team.

We’re building for a future where digital signing is always human, helpful, and within reach. With ambitious plans for growth, we’re looking for people who want to create, collaborate, and make a real impact for our customers and our team.

If this sounds like you, now is a great time to get involved.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our brand new Experience Squad, a “startup team” within Signable. This is a unique opportunity within Signable to be the first PM within a cross‑functional team focused on how customers experience Signable from their very first interaction through to everyday use. The squad’s mission is to make every touchpoint with Signable feel simple, intelligent, and effortless.

You’ll initially work alongside one of our principal engineers and set the ongoing vision for the Experience squad while the team continues to grow.

This is also a foundational AI product management role. As Signable’s first AI‑focused PM, you’ll help shape how we embed AI across the product – from optimising workflows to creating new intelligent capabilities that anticipate customer needs. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, and Data to explore how AI can improve usability, speed, and overall experience, while ensuring we do so responsibly and transparently.

What you will be doing
  • Define and own the Experience Squad’s strategy and roadmap, balancing short‑term improvements with long‑term innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through personalisation, automation, and intelligent features.
  • Validate new ideas through customer insight, prototyping, and experimentation.
  • Define and track success metrics for your product area, demonstrating impact on satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Champion responsible AI use – ensuring customer trust, fairness, and transparency in everything we build.
Who you are
  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager ideally within a fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up environment.
  • You understand how AI can enhance usability and drive value – even if you’re not a machine learning expert.
  • You’re skilled at leading discovery, framing problems, and running experiments to learn quickly.
  • You use both qualitative insight and quantitative data to make decisions.
  • You’re fluent in agile delivery and prioritisation, and comfortable adjusting to what the team needs.
  • You collaborate with engineering and design as equals, not service functions.
  • You’re great at facilitating workshops, aligning people, and getting clarity.
  • You care deeply about solving real customer problems and building secure, simple products.
Bonus
  • Delivered at least one major AI‑enabled product or feature area.
  • Has worked in or alongside regulated industries like Finance, Property or Education.
  • Worked as a Product Manager within a B2B, B2C, or B2B2B SaaS.
Our interview process
  • Application – Our Talent Partner reviews every application. Highlight your skills, achievements, and how you align with our values.
  • Talent Partner pre‑screen – Short informal chat with Steph to explore experience and confirm alignment.
  • 1st stage interview (45 min) – Conversation with the Hiring Manager, mix of conversational and competency‑based questions.
  • Take‑home project (paid) – Perfectly formed challenge. We pay you for your time.
  • Final stage (1 h 30 min) – Present project to the team, followed by questions around your project.
Benefits
  • Unlimited annual leave – including time off for religious holidays.
  • £50 per month to spend on wellbeing or development.
  • Flexible working hours for everyone.
  • Enhanced paid parental leave.
  • Free face‑to‑face counselling for up to 8 sessions.
  • Life assurance & income protection.
  • Health support plan for eye care, dentist, and medical support.
  • Option to join our AVIVA Private Medical Insurance scheme.
  • EMI share options.
Our office
  • Multi‑purpose office space with open desk areas, quiet working booths, and collaboration spaces.
  • Private rooms available for religious observance, meditation, and reflection.
  • Casual dress – wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
  • On‑site showers.
  • Secure lockers.
  • Dog friendly office.
