Product Manager

Hybrid - Bristol x3 days a week on site.

Salary - £45,000 - £55,000

I'm looking for a Product Manager to join the market leader in smart home technology for social housing.

As a Product Manager, you'll take ownership of parts of our product portfolio and help shape it into something people can't live without and demonstrably improve the lives of thousands of people across the country.

You'll keep things moving smoothly by organising and prioritising work for the development team - including defining clear requirements and breaking down tasks whilst speaking with customers and analysing their feedback to make sure their needs are always at the centre of the build!

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of parts of our product portfolio and help shape it into something people can't live without and demonstrably improve the lives of thousands of people across the country.
  • Keep things moving smoothly by organising and prioritising work for the development team, including defining clear requirements and breaking down tasks while speaking with customers and analysing their feedback to ensure their needs are at the centre of the build.
Essential Skills
  • A couple of years' experience in product management, ideally in SaaS or IoT.
  • Good grasp of the product lifecycle and how to work in an Agile way, ideally with experience in acting as the Product Owner within a scrum team.
  • Confidence in writing user stories, planning sprints, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills - whether you're talking to engineers, customers, or execs.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using tools like Monday.com or Confluence.
