Job summary

Evotym is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the strategy for our PAM platform in the B2B iGaming space. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, commercial, and compliance to deliver high-impact features for regulated markets.

The role demands 5+ years in product management, leadership experience, and PAM/domain expertise. You will shape the product roadmap and mentor a growing team to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, with iGaming experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role within Product Management.
• Proven experience building and leading product teams.
• Hands-on PAM or complex iGaming platform experience.
• Strong PAM domain knowledge: Wallet, Payments, CRM, KYC, Risk & Fraud, Responsible Gaming, Back Office.
• Experience in regulated iGaming markets, ideally Tier-1.
• Proficient in developing strategy, vision, and roadmaps for scalable platforms.
• Fluency in English; Russian language skills are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for the PAM platform.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritise features and investments.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver scalable features.
• Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends to drive improvements.
• Track KPIs to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance, and Operations to meet customer needs.
