Roc Search is partnering with a market-leading SaaS technology provider to hire a confident Product Lead. The role offers ownership across the product lifecycle and shaping a market-leading SaaS platform.

The position is hybrid in Mexborough, with 1-2 days in the office and UK travel as needed. You will collaborate with product leadership, development, QA, commercial teams and customers to understand user needs and identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, software or EdTech products.
• Strong user discovery skills.
• Experience gathering and translating customer/business requirements.
• Understanding of Agile product development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, commercial objectives and technical considerations.
• Experience with Jira, Productboard, Monday.com or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and the product roadmap.
• Lead discovery with customers, users and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve the product and customer experience.
• Translate business and user needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Prioritise opportunities and contribute to backlogs and roadmaps.
• Support product launches, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Work with commercial and customer success teams on customer and roadmap discussions.
• Consider relevant regulatory, statutory and compliance requirements.

Roc Search is partnered with a market-leading SaaS technology provider who are looking for a confident and commercially minded Product Lead to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone from a Product, Product Design, Product Specialist or Business Analysis background who wants to take greater ownership across the product lifecycle and play a key role in shaping and improving a market leading SaaS platform.

The Role

As Product Lead, you'll work closely with product leadership, development, QA, commercial teams and customers to understand user needs, identify opportunities and help shape the product roadmap.
