Job summary

Nebius Token Factory is seeking a Product Growth Analytics Lead to own analytics-driven growth in a cutting-edge AI cloud platform. You will craft end-to-end insights on self-service customers, forecast capacity, and guide pricing and packaging decisions to maximize monetization and value creation.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance and Sales in a fast-moving, globally distributed team across Amsterdam, London, and other EU locations.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and product judgment balancing value, monetization and growth.
• Hands-on experience analysing large-scale datasets for customers, product, and usage.
• Strong financial modelling skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization for technical or consumption-based products.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales and Ops.
• Hands-on, proactive style in ambiguous, technically complex environments.

The role

Nebius Token Factory is looking for a Product Growth Analytics Lead.

You can work from our offices in Amsterdam or London, or remotely from any EU country.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build a comprehensive view of self-service customers, including usage patterns, customer health, satisfaction, retention risks, unmet needs, and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer demand and commercial plans into capacity forecasts and support capacity allocation decisions.
• Measure effective capacity utilization and identify opportunities to improve the commercial value of available capacity.
• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models, including guaranteed capacity, on-demand pricing, commitments, clawback mechanisms, and provisioned throughput units.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for the self-service and managed offerings, including customer segmentation, pricing, capacity, and product priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, and Sales to turn insights into concrete product and operational improvements.

We expect you to have:

• Strong commercial and product judgment, with the ability to balance customer value, monetization, growth, and profitability.
• Hands-on experience analysing large-scale customer, product, and usage datasets using analytical or distributed data-processing tools.
• Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, or commercial analytics for technical or consumption-based products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• A hands-on and proactive working style, with the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous and technically complex environment.
