The Role

As a Product Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our villa portfolio is accurately represented and optimised across all channels. You’ll work closely with suppliers, analyse guest feedback, and help drive our commitment to quality and innovation.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate with experience in the travel industry or a similar environment. The perfect candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, thrives in managing multiple tasks under pressure, and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams.

The role is based in our head office in Burton-on-Trent and offers hybrid working (Monday-Wednesday will be required in the office per week, Thursday and Friday at home)

Responsibilities
  • Support the Product & Quality Team in managing and organising all aspects of the villa portfolio.
  • Load and update property details on the company website and partner platforms to ensure accurate and timely distribution.
  • Prepare and enhance property descriptions, ensuring all content is clear, engaging, and up to date.
  • Optimise villa listings and imagery across all channels to maximise appeal and drive bookings.
  • Provide administrative support, including accurate data entry and maintenance of internal systems.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy across all product systems and records.
  • Build and nurture relationships with international suppliers, promoting Solmar Villas’ commitment to quality, competitiveness, and innovation.
  • Respond promptly to supplier queries and assist in resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of villa information.
  • Propose improvements to content and photography to support the product strategy and maximise sales.
  • Collate and prepare villa information for customer arrival documentation (“Villa Books”), ensuring completion at least four weeks prior to arrival.
  • Ensure high-quality website imagery is used throughout, suggesting updates to the Image Team as needed.
  • Identify new trends and features in villas based on guest feedback to inform product development.
  • Review and analyse villa complaints and guest feedback to ensure accurate representation and address any issues.
  • Work with the Quality Team to identify underperforming villas and develop improvement plans to restore quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Contracting Team to ensure completion of required quality works, from quick fixes to more complex tasks.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the needs of the business.
