Job summary

Recora Health is seeking a technical product leader to own end-to-end delivery of software features powering cardiac care. You will partner with the Head of Engineering, Head of Clinical Operations, Head of Product and other domain experts to translate stakeholder needs into actionable specs and Jira tickets.

You’ll combine product ownership with a strong technical background, drive roadmaps, align multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure on-time delivery through agile processes and thorough

Qualifications

• 3+ years technical product management or tech lead experience
• Proven ability to manage large projects and multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Strong technical background with the ability to prototype, review code, and understand APIs or system architecture
• Experience as a Product Manager, Tech Lead, or Technical Program Manager within a fast-paced engineering environment
• Prior hands-on experience in software engineering a strong plus
• Proficient in at least one of: Ruby on Rails, Go, PHP, Javascript or other server side language
• Good to have: experience working in health tech or at an early stage startup
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or similar field

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical products and features, managing multiple projects in parallel
• Gather requirements from stakeholders—including business, design, and engineering—translating needs into actionable technical specifications and Jira tickets
• Own product vision and roadmaps, partnering with engineering leadership to drive delivery and unblock the team
• Prototype features and solutions where needed, ensuring product feasibility and fast experimentation
• Bridge the gap between high-level business needs and deep technical execution
• Facilitate agile processes and project tracking, ensuring on-time delivery and effective collaboration
• Oversee product QA, release processes, and technical documentation

• Recora is seeking a talented individual with technical experience, deep curiosity and a strong desire to grow
• You’ll partner with the Head of Engineering, Head of Clinical Operations, Head of Product and other domain experts to create groundbreaking technology and infrastructure to power better cardiac care and heart health for thousands of members, overseeing complex, multi-team projects while driving technical development and stakeholder alignment
• The role requires both technical fluency (capable of prototyping, technical designs, and writing engineering tickets) and product ownership (requirement gathering, roadmapping, stakeholder management)
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical products and features, managing multiple projects in parallel
