Job summary

Board Intelligence is seeking a Product Engineer to build AI-powered products and scale existing ones. You will work across the full stack, own problems end-to-end, and design systems that meet client needs with strong architectural decisions.

We value hands-on engineers who ship features, collaborate with product teams, and balance speed with security and data protection for enterprise clients. Claude Code will be part of daily workflow from day one, in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Full-stack experience and willingness to build the needed solution.
• Strong TypeScript skills and backend language experience (Java or C#).
• Experience delivering end-to-end features for enterprise clients.
• Experience building production-grade LLM-powered features.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship features across the full stack for our AI-powered products, both new and existing.
• Collaborate with clients and product teams to understand needs and design the right solutions.
• Own the technical design of complex system components and make architecture decisions at scale.
• Build with AI tools like Claude Code daily while maintaining high quality and security.

• AI is at the centre of what Board Intelligence builds


• We are developing products that have not been built before in our market, helping boards and leaders work better with AI tools designed for the boardroom


• We are looking for a Product Engineer to help build new AI-powered products and grow existing ones


• You will work across the full stack and own problems end to end, from understanding what clients need to designing the system and shipping it


• It is a high-growth environment with plenty of energy and positive pressure


• We are a Claude Code shop, with access and generous usage from your first day


• We are strongly pro-AI, and we expect engineers to pair it with solid fundamentals


• Design, build and ship features across the full stack for our AI-powered products, both new and existing


• Work with clients and product colleagues to understand needs and design the right solutions


• Own the technical design of complex parts of the system, making architecture decisions that will scale


• Build with AI tools such as Claude Code every day, applying the engineering judgement that keeps quality high


• Balance speed with the security, reliability and data protection our enterprise clients expect


• Contribute to how we work as an engineering team, including code review and sharing knowledge

• After three months: you know our products, clients and codebase, and you are shipping features


• After six months: you own significant features end to end and are trusted on technical design decisions


• After twelve months: you are a go-to engineer for complex parts of our system and are shaping the direction of our AI products
