The Position

We are looking for a Director of Product, Payroll to lead a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers, shaping the global payroll product strategy and driving impact for millions of people worldwide.

  • Demonstrable experience leading teams of high‑performing product managers
  • Great judgment making both strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including senior leadership
  • A strong sense of design and UX
  • A passion for products that just work, even if the problems they solve are complicated
  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • You’ll report to: VP of Product
  • Direct reports: 2 Group Product Managers and 12 Product Managers
  • Location: Remote – we prioritize candidates in EMEA, but we welcome applicants worldwide
  • Start date: As soon as possible
