Job summary

One Retail Group is seeking a highly organised Product Development Project Manager to support delivery across our global Product Development programme, focusing on small domestic appliances and consumer goods. You will own the project management layer across the development pipeline and coordinate timelines, dependencies and risks with multiple functions.

Working with the Product Development Lead, you’ll translate deadlines into actionable plans, keep stakeholders updated and escalate risks.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in project management or project coordination.
• Experience within product development, consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Understanding of milestone planning, critical paths, dependencies and risk reporting.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills across technical, commercial and creative teams.
• Experience coordinating with international sourcing teams and suppliers.
• Proactive and solution-focused with capability to escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain integrated project schedules across the Product Development pipeline from sourcing through to launch.
• Translate deadlines into achievable internal plans including launch, design submission and production dates.
• Define milestones, dependencies, owners and actions across active projects.
• Track progress, identify delays and highlight conflicting dates or resource constraints.
• Follow up actions, maintain momentum and escalate issues when projects are at risk.
• Provide clear visibility of project status to the Product Development Lead and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Development Executives to align development, testing and product decisions with schedules.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, QA, Compliance and Copy/Artwork to meet milestones.
• Manage risk, actions and escalation, ensuring timely decisions and updates to plans.
• Introduce structured project management practices and scalable processes across Product Development.
