Job summary

Creative Artists Agency in London seeks a Brand Management professional to support licensed products and manage brand development across categories such as toys, apparel and consumer goods.

You will ensure alignment with brand guidelines, process licensee submissions, and collaborate with licensors, clients and licensees to bring products to market. Strong communication and multi-project coordination are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide product development and approvals support for the Product Development (PD) Team for specific brands across multiple categories (e.g. toys, F&B, apparel).

  • Process licensee submissions within 48 hours via approval systems or email.
  • Manage submissions on Brand Comply & Media Box platforms.
  • Train licensees on approval platform systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to support licensors, clients, and licensees.
  • Provide access to creative assets for product development.
  • Manage style and brand guidelines.
  • Lead creative kick-offs/new licensee onboarding meetings where applicable.
  • Communicate brand identity and goals confidently to licensors.
  • Address challenges in approvals to achieve results for licensors/clients.

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide product development and approvals support for the Product Development (PD) Team for specific brands across multiple categories (e.g. toys, F&B, apparel).
  • Making sure product ranges and marketing align with relevant brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all licensee submissions are processed within 48 hours via approval systems or email.
  • Manage and prioritise the submissions within each approval platform system (Brand Comply & Media Box)
  • Manage and train licensees on approval platform systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide brand support and help licensees bring products to market.
  • Ensure licensees have access to relevant creative assets for product development.
  • Style guide and Brand guideline management.
  • Support and lead creative kick offs/ new licensee onboarding meetings and other creative calls where applicable.
  • Act as an extension of the brand and be able to communicate with confidence the brand identity and goals.
  • Identify and address key challenges in the product approvals process to achieve results for licensors, clients, and licensees
  • Manage physical product samples, including storage and distribution to partners
  • Assist with regular updates of status reports, product trackers, and brand presentations
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and adapt to each licensor’s culture and tone
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with internal teams, licensors, clients, and licensees
  • Attend and support meetings, calls, and tradeshows with licensors, clients, and licensees.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience with licensed products or brand management preferable.
  • Knowledge of product development timelines and consumer product categories.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive and gaming brands (I.e. Minecraft & Porsche) preferable
